Ontario Seniors Care at Home Tax Credit
Refundable Tax Credit Up to $1,500 per year
- 70 years or older, or have a spouse or common-law partner at the end of the tax year
- Resident in Ontario at the end of the tax year
- 20% to 25% of eligible expenses

Max funding Up to $15,000
- Available to low-income individuals & families
- Ongoing/recurring disability that is anticipated to last more than one year
- Disability results in restrictions in daily living
- Gross annual income over $35,000 or household annual income over $60,000 may be required to make a contribution
The Canadian Caregiver Tax Credit
If your spouse or common-law partner, or a dependent with a physical or mental impairment, you may qualify for the Caregiver Tax Credit (Doctor-complete form will be needed to qualify)
